Dawat-e-Hadiyah

Dawat-e-Hadiyah is Allah’s mission entrusted to the Fatimi Imam, the direct Descendant of the Prophet Mohammed.

During the Imam’s seclusion, the Dawat, a noble trust of the Imam, is entrusted by him to the al-Dai al-Mutlaq (lit. unrestricted missionary) to carry on and conduct the mission. The al-Dai al-Mutlaq acts and holds office as the Imam’s representative and vicegerent guiding and leading his followers known as the Dawoodi Bohras to practice their faith in accordance with the principles and tenets of Islam. By virtue of his position and tradition, the current al-dai al-mutlaq, His Holiness Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin is the Sole Trustee of Dawat-e-Hadiyah.

Dawat-e-Hadiyah promotes and fosters the interests of the community, safeguards its traditional and cultural heritage and furthers the social, economic and general well-being of the people.
